Transactions
More recently, LinQ was the lead adviser for Millennium Minerals Limited $55 M project finance facility which commissioned late 2012. LinQ sourced the banks from a limited pool of interested parties and also introduced a large strategic institutional investor that participated in the required equity raising that enabled the company to fulfil the conditions precedent for drawdown of the debt. Millennium has since commissioned its Nullagine mine in Western Australia without issue and has achieved its running rate of circa 90,000 oz of gold per annum.
